An artist plays an important role in recognizing our culture and to promote social change. this is another education and documentary on the creative person. I hope they will be inspired by their sacrifices and dedication in the field of arts and culture. "The town that has an identity, that has its own is a legacy for the future." So, let's love our art and culture. One of my trips was to be invited to his Art Camp Lab and see the Bangan Project Space.

In this vlog, we also talked about the pricing of an artist. and how is the commission of an artist and gallery The standard commission arrangement and how being the division or percentage of it.

Commission Structures: Art Gallery and Artist 60/40, 70/30, 50/50 Art dealers or galleries typically earn. a commission by facilitating the sale of an artwork. The commission percentage can vary but usually falls within the range of 50% to 60% of the sale price.

MIDEO said - "ART IS AN INVESTMENT" the less you make, the higher the price and value of your artwork.

I create art to express my idea. I don't think about marketing anymore. the important thing is that we are productive. And of course, we do better what we want, not what the market demands. what's important to me is the content I make.

Artist Studio ART CAMP LAB
KUYA JESS- The problem is that no gallery in the Philippines has a setup like that, almost like the commission percentage is all 50/50. the agreement for artist and gallery. It doesn't seem like it's the same because you stayed up late and worked hard to make your artwork and then the division is almost the same.

Ok if in 50 percent split. 1. If the gallery is doing their job to market your work. like marketing strategy to sell your artwork. 2. Promoting your exhibition including inviting clients and making invitations and print ads. and more In the art world, the terms of a gallery's commission on sales are typically negotiated between the artist and the gallery. the commission split may be subject to negotiation and could potentially differ from the standard 50/50 split.
