The Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo Museum or simply known as the Aguinaldo Museum is a history museum in Baguio, Aguinaldo Museum is a museum owned and managed by the descendants of former Philippine President Emilio Aguinaldo. Located in Baguio City, it houses the first-ever Philippine flag.

The more than a century-old fraying Philippine flag, Delicate as it is, however, that independence flag – the one sewn by Marcela Agoncillo, and Rizal’s niece in Hongkong – is on display at a museum here in Baguio City.

The Aguinaldo Museum was constructed in 185 through the initiative of one daughters of the first president of the Philippine Republic, Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo. The main purpose was to have a repository of the original Philippine flag that was unfurled by President Aguinaldo, on June 12, 1898. According to accounts, the historic flag was found tucked under the President’s deathbed.

Today, one can find a replica of the first Philippine flag designed by Aguinaldo, a general in the Philippine military during the Philippine Revolution.
The flag bears revolutionary passages embroidered on it. In addition, the museum also contains a three-dimentional miniature scene depicting the inauguration of President Aguinaldo, including the different military uniform that he wore.

Several of his barong-tagalog are also on display, including photographs of him and his family, his work desk, and the wheelchair that he used when he was confined at the Veterans Memorial Hospital.
