When I go to Baguio City, I always think back to the delicious food of the cordillera. it's almost next to Tam-Awan Village, this restaurant is very simple and makes you feel at home.

You can feel just from the ambience and atmosphere that you are in heaven. Especially their food is all simple. Even the appearance of the hut and its furniture from the table and chairs are made of wood. and old photographs hanging on its walls. you can see in the photos the people who started it from their origins with grandparents who used to be just a farmer. until it is passed down to the children until it is passed on to the grandchildren.

This is a family tradition legacy that's why it's called the farmer's daughter restaurant. even the taste then remained sacred until now enjoyed by Filipinos. from their decorations with ancient tools and animal bones that are part of their simple lifestyle you can see on each side of the hut. here it's very simple if you eat but you can feel the rich culture and tradition that they have in the food.

We really have our own to be proud of, especially their cooking technique is like an art served at your table.
it's a very relaxing feeling and it's good to sip hot soup when you go to Baguio in the cold weather.

Their best seller to sell is the smokey ness of Kinuday is an Ibaloi word which means smoked meat, is really a new experience to taste in your life. especially the one they stuffed called blood sausage. almost all their food deserves praise.

In today's modern times they have preserved their tradition. There are only a few on my list that have a restaurant like this that you can call our own or have a Pinoy taste or Pinoy brand.

"Pinikpikan" P190

You can choose from their menu list, and they also have "Pinikpikan"- is a chicken or duck dish from the mountains of the Cordillera region in the Philippines. As a tradition of the indigenous Igorot people, pinikpikan is prepared by beating a live chicken to death with a stick prior to cooking.

When it comes to their service, it's very fast, you don't have to wait long before eating. before you enter the opening of the restaurant, there is a food crew on the left side of the front door who will assist you to hand over their menu lists to give you what foods you should order. so that when you arrive inside the restaurant, in just a few minutes, the food you ordered will be brought to your table, freshly cooked and still hot!

when it comes to the price of their food, it's budget friendly and there are a lot of servings of dishes on each plate and if you're addicted to the soup, you can ask for additional soup for free. okay! really and alright!

And when it comes to the restaurant setting, each table is for family and friends. Only go in the morning because the line is very long and even in the morning there is a line waiting for it to open. many people want to taste the authentic Cordilleran cuisine here in Baguio.

When I ate here, I was more relaxed because there was a bonus that there was a talented staff crew playing an acoustic guitar a mellow sound in my ears.

This is also a pet friendly place restaurant but only for small dog breeders if they want to eat here the important thing is that there is still privacy and safety for other diners.
So, you want to eat more and it's timed when there aren't many people eating yet.

I'm Kuya Jess, your campy friend in various stories and travels!
